Weekly wellness activities during recess/lunch time for all grade levels at the school site. All activities will support children's social-emotional development and their overall well-being.

15 minute Mini Lesson on a SEL topic. Two lessons per month, one is am introduction lesson and the other is a reinforcement lesson. This will help students build empathy, connection, and understanding.

Small groups with a maximum of 4 students per group and will run on a short-term basis for 4-6 sessions. Each session will run for 20-30 minutes. The groups will focus on different SEL topics such as friendship, motivation, self-esteem, attendance, conflict resolution, etc. The purpose of the group is to enhance problem-solving skills, communication skills, and peer-interactions.

Individual coaching sessions will be held once a week on an as-needed basis. The sessions will run on a short-term basis for 6-8 sessions. Each session will run from 20-30 minutes. The sessions will be tailored to the individual child and their specific needs, but some of the areas of support can be self-esteem, motivation, conflict resolution, stress management, coping skills, etc. The purpose of the individual coaching sessions is to empower students by teaching them essential skills.
